Kellytwins will ship your item(s) 1-5 days after purchase is completed. Purchase meaning your shipping address is entered completely and correctly, and payment is received. If your shipping address is incomplete, we will attempt to contact you via email provided for the correct shipping information.  If after one week we are unable to verify shipping address your payment will be refunded.
